Refund policy
Returns
- Returns are accepted for 14 days.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and unused.
- Customer may initiate a return in their customer account.
- Customer pays return shipping.
- Once the return has been received, the item(s) will be inspected within 2 business days.
- If the item(s) are unopened and unused, a refund of the item price will be credited to the original method of payment immediately. NOTE: It may take 3 BUSINESS DAYS for the credit to appear on the customer's bank or credit card statement.
- Customer will receive an email notifying them of receipt of their return and refund.
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- If the item(s) have been opened &/or used, a refund will not be issued.
If there was a mistake on my part, I will make it right. Email me within 48 hours of receiving your order by replying to your order confirmation, or package delivered email. I will send instructions on how to proceed.
Damaged Order
If your item was damaged during shipping, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. To file a claim you will need:
- photos of the exterior of the shipping container with the label clearly shown
- photos of the damaged item
- a receipt with the value of the item
I am not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once your order leaves my shop it is out of my control. You will need to contact the carrier to resolve these issues.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please let me know.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I do not accept exchanges due to the custom, one-of-kind, and small batch nature of our products.
